1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using SavvyFi ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

SavvyFi is an AI-powered personal finance coaching tool that helps you analyse spending, set goals, and receive behavioural financial coaching. It is currently in closed beta and is provided on an "as is" basis.

3. Not financial advice

SavvyFi does not provide regulated financial advice. Nothing in the Service constitutes investment advice, tax advice, or any other form of professional financial guidance. All AI-generated insights are for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified financial adviser before making significant financial decisions.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using SavvyFi you confirm that you meet this requirement.

5. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must not share your account with others.
• You must not upload data that belongs to another person without their consent.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the Service.
• Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise the platform.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Upload financial data belonging to a business or third party without authorisation.

7. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans (Pro, Premium) are billed through Stripe. By subscribing you agree to Stripe's Services Agreement. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact [email protected].

8. Beta disclaimer

The Service is in closed beta. It may be unstable, incomplete, or subject to breaking changes without notice. We make no guarantees of uptime or data persistence during the beta period. Paid beta access is offered at a discount in recognition of this.

9. Intellectual property

All content, branding, and software in the Service is owned by SavvyFi. Your financial data remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the Service.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SavvyFi is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from AI-generated coaching content.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We will notify beta users by email of any material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
